A recently renovated ancient rural house, surrounded by mountains, hills, and green fields, just 10 km from the golden beaches of the Riviera d’Ulisse.
Casale delle Rondini boasts a harmonious atmosphere, blending beautifully with the surrounding countryside.

The apartments offer maximum comfort, while the common areas—including the swimming pool, flower garden, barbecue area, and panoramic terrace—create an atmosphere of serenity.

We organize cooking classes where you can prepare dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, giving you an authentic taste of local tradition.

Apartment 2

Located on the raised ground floor, it features a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen. A mezzanine level hosts a master bedroom with a private bathroom. The original exposed stone from the early 1900s adds to its charm.
Guests can enjoy the shared terrace, offering a spectacular view of the lush valley surrounded by the Aurunci Mountains (Monte Petrella, 1,503m).
A crib can be added upon request.

Apartment 1

Also located on the raised ground floor, it features a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen. A mezzanine hosts a master bedroom with a private bathroom. It is built largely from tuff stone, maintaining its rustic charm.
The shared terrace offers breathtaking views of the valley and the Aurunci Mountains.
A crib can be added upon request.

• Suitable for up to 4 guests (a crib or a shorter-sized extra bed can be added).
• Crib (0-2 years): Free (upon reservation).
• Please note: Windows do not have blackout curtains.

Extra Services:

💰 Security deposit: €100 per apartment (refunded at check-out after inspection)

💳 Payment Policy:
To confirm a reservation, a 20% deposit of the total amount is required. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival or via bank transfer a few days before arrival.
